Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join Newcastle City Council's Adult Social Care - Physical Disability Service. This is a community-based role supporting adults with physical disabilities to maintain independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out comprehensive OT assessments for adults with physical disabilities
Providing equipment and recommending home adaptations
Supporting major housing adaptations and re-housing decisions where appropriate
Working closely with housing, health, and voluntary sector partners
Promoting independence and improving service users' quality of life
