New Enquiries Paralegal | London | Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)
About the company: A leading national litigation specialist law firm that acts for corporate and individual clients in high-value and complex disputes. 

Role overview: The firm is seeking New Enquiries Paralegal to join its leading Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded UK law firm and work on some really high-profile matters.
Key responsibilities:
Handles all incoming enquiries received by phone and email
Directs new catastrophic injury enquiries to the appropriate partners
Communicates with clients to gather additional information about their injuries and better understand their needs
Support the departmental initiative, including BD (such as preparing articles or presentations), internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions
