The Opportunity

We are hiring a New Energy Manager to lead high-impact industry platforms across geoscience, natural resources, and energy in Dubai.

This is a hybrid leadership role combining government stakeholder engagement, technical programme development, sponsorship growth, and end-to-end delivery of flagship conferences and workshops.

You will work closely with ministries, regulators, industry experts, and corporate partners to deliver large-scale knowledge platforms including GEOMIN 2026 and related technical forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with government and industry stakeholders, including ministries and regulators
• Manage technical programme development: speakers, abstracts, agenda design, and advisory coordination
• Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across multi-tier packages
