**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Board‑Certified Physician Assistant
+ Current ACLS and BLS certifications
+ Active Florida PA license, or eligibility to obtain one
+ Prior neurosurgery experience with brain cases required
+ Responsibilities include rounding with the neurosurgeon, first assist in surgical procedures, and participating in clinic visits
+ On‑call coverage up to 15 days per month, including some weekends, based on service‑line needs
+ High‑volume, high‑complexity neurosurgery practice involving both brain and spine cases
