One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network/internet security solutions, is now seeking Network Security Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

  • Involve in the 24x7 SOC operation and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Supervise and analyze Internet traffic for security breaches and denial of service attacks.
  • Follow the policies, procedures, and technologies constantly as to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations.
  • Commence emergency recovery procedures ensuring availability of client’s service.
  • Ensure both internal OLAs and external SLAs are met and followed correspondingly .
  • Ensure and enhance customer satisfaction through effective handling of security events and mitigations via on time, professional communication with customers.
  • Help with new product and service development and ensure deployment successfully.
