Lead high-priority network projects, including Tech-Refresh initiatives 
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and critical network escalations 
Perform network maintenance, including security configurations, patches, and upgrades 
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews on network infrastructure 
Monitor and analyze network performance, recommending improvements 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery 
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex network issues
