Network Engineer

Location: Bellevue, Washington (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

This position provides Tier 2 support for network-related incidents and service requests. The Network Engineer will focus on advanced troubleshooting, resolving operational issues, and executing standard network changes across firewall, routing, switching, and wireless environments. This role is important in reducing the operational load on senior engineers by resolving most escalated issues and preparing complex problems for further escalation with clear diagnostics and impact assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation point for network-related service desk tickets, including complex connectivity, firewall, wireless, and Internet issues.
