As our Neonatal Manager Flight Operations you will lead and innovate within a critical aeromedical transport environment, ensuring operational excellence and clinical proficiency across all flight teams. You will champion patient safety, drive continuous quality improvement, and foster a high-performance culture foundational to our emergency medical services (EMS), optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

Every day you will empower a team of dedicated Flight RNs and ancillary staff through comprehensive staff development, specialized continuing education, and robust clinical orientation.
