Position Summary:

The NDT Level II Technician is responsible for performing inspections using Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), including initial interpretation, reporting, and billing. The technician is expected to have a thorough understanding of NDT methods and provide guidance and on-the-job training to Assistant Technicians while ensuring compliance with applicable specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tools and equipment to complete assigned inspection tasks in accordance with client requirements.
• Inspect and interpret readings in real time to identify areas of interest.
• Apply testing criteria based on applicable specifications and standards.
• Set up and calibrate NDT equipment.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results through formal reports.
• Support and guide Assistant Technicians through on-the-job training.
