cFocus Software seeks a Program/Project Manager to join our program supporting the United States Navy (DON).
This position is on site in the San Diego, CA area.
This position requires a Secret clearance.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance 15+ years of experience managing large-scale Navy, DoD, or Federal modernization and integration programs.
- Knowledge of Navy Modernization Process (NMP), Ship Change Document (SCD) development, NDE-EP, SPIDER/RIPTIDE, and modernization planning processes.
- Experience with Advance Planning, fielding strategies, baseline management, design management, systems engineering, and acquisition support.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, logistics, installation, acquisition, and operational stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and performance objectives.
