Minimum Qualification:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Must be eligible for National Service as per the NSS guidelines.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.

  • Provide information about the hotel’s services and local attractions.

  • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
