Job Summary and Responsibilities

A CommonSpirit Health Nurse Resident is a new graduate direct clinical care registered nurse (RN) who continues to develop nursing knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors introduced in formal education as they transition into practice . They are expected to demonstrate the appropriate competency in both core and functional areas, listed below.
