Position Title Music Adjunct Instructor – Live Sound and Audio Technician (TEMPORARY) Special Instructions to Applicants Diablo Valley College is seeking an adjunct faculty member in Live Sound and Audio Technician to teach courses in live sound reinforcement, audio systems, and performance mixing. Instruction may include topics such as signal flow, microphones, signal processing, monitoring, troubleshooting, room acoustics, and mixing live performances in a variety of genres. Once approved and added to our system, adjunct faculty may be approved to do substitute teaching as well.

All instructors must complete DVC’s Becoming an Effective Online Instructor (BEOI) course or approved equivalent prior to teaching any online course or course with an online component.
