Job Description
As the OUTsurance OTR (on-the-road) Investigator you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external clients with a focus on investigating all claims
- Investigating various claims
- Excellent administrative skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and passport, Be prepared to travel country wide as this skill set is a national component.
Qualifications
- Matric
- An assessing/ investigation related tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Valid passport
Experience requirement:
- Must have investigative experience – preferably Insurance investigative experience, investigating claims.
