BAM UK & Ireland are recruiting a Ventilation/Mechanically skilled Engineer to work in conjunction with our site-based Facilities Management staff at University Hospital Southampton. You will carry out planned maintenance

This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday on a rotating early/late shift. One week in every three weeks you will be working a late shift 13:30 to 22:00.

Making Possible

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Extensive knowledge and experience with planned and reactive maintenance of ventilation / mechanical equipment and associated electrics.
Have experience of ventilation /mechanical maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment including, plumbing, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, switchgear, controls, cables, small power and lighting.
