About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and multi‑skilled person to support repairs, grounds maintenance, and project works across the RBVE portfolio of properties in Kent and Sussex, including the grounds of the Royal British Veterans Village in Aylesford.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work, takes pride in high standards, and can deliver excellent service in residential and community‑based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance — attending and resolving issues reported by tenants, residents, or clients

• Planned works — completing scheduled maintenance, minor refurbishments, and small project works

• Fault diagnosis across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, decorating, etc.)
