We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative / Carpenter to carry out external works, repairs, and refurbishment across healthcare, education, commercial and public buildings.

What you'll do

• General maintenance & property repairs
• Brickwork, plastering, slabbing, roofing, basic carpentry
• Reactive and planned works
• Work allocated via tablet/PDA
• Deliver safe, high-quality jobs on time

What you'll need

• NVQ Level 2+ trade qualification
• CSCS card
• Full driving licence (max 3 points)
• Able to pass DBS check
• Confident working independently and with clients

Nice to have (training provided if not)

IPAF, PASMA, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
