About the Role

Build Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out kitchen & bathroom refurbs and general maintenance across the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Deliver high‑quality maintenance in occupied properties.
• Install and fit joinery components including locks, handles, hinges, and fittings.
