Overview

Organon is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician (Electrical Bias) to join our world-class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will work primarily on a three-shift pattern and be responsible for providing technical support to high-speed packaging lines. You will ensure compliance with all relevant Safety and Quality standards, as well as global and site policies and procedures, all of which are subject to external regulatory inspection. This is an exciting time to join our growing team, offering the opportunity to maintain, calibrate, and repair equipment within designated areas to meet production priorities and ensure optimal equipment performance.
