Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate to join our Chambers USA Band 1-ranked Investment Funds: Investor Representation team within our investment management practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of in-house, government, and/or law firm experience in representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, including private equity, private credit, real estate and co-investment funds. Experience in negotiating purchase and sale agreements for secondary transactions and/or forming private funds is helpful but not required. Candidate must possess strong academic credentials as well as excellent communication, deal management, and analytical skills.
