**Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)**

**Summary:**

Perform maintenance on industrial production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Training on day shift, then move to 7PM–7AM (2-2-3 schedule).

**Responsibilities:**

+ Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical (480V), hydraulic & pneumatic systems
+ Maintain conveyors, motors, compressors, and production equipment
+ Support PLC systems and minimize downtime
+ Follow safety (OSHA/LOTO) and document work

**Requirements:**

+ 4+ years industrial maintenance experience
+ Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting (3-phase, 480V)
+ PLC experience preferred

**Environment:**

Hot, fast-paced manufacturing setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
