**About the role**
**The Claims Market Unit (MU) Support role is pivotal in assisting the Claims department within the Market Unit to ensure efficient operation and day to day support. In addition, this role will be pivotal in supporting MU in delivering Claims North Star, providing support on**dedicated strategic initiatives.**
**Main Tasks**
Day to day MU support Key activities- Resource allocation
- Strategic Planning
- Reporting, in connection with Management Information (MI) team
- Support the MU Heads with operational effectiveness across the region with analysis of dashboards and reporting
- Budget planning and tracking
- Documentation management
- MU communication
- Training, in connection with Claims L&D lead
- IT issue investigation and resolution
- Support the roll out of claims system updates in connection with Claims Operation team.
