This SME Building Consultancy is opening in Birmingham and they're looking for someone to join their small and growing team.

This is the ideal time for an MRICS Building Surveyor at any level to join and help sculpt the work and culture there, using your commercial surveying experience to service national clients as well as local ones, and push on your career with a company that's busy and confident in building on the clients they have.

You do need to be MRICS chartered and be from a commercial building surveying background, but other than that you can be at any level from recently MRICS through to Associate Director (and maybe even Director if you are able to help develop the office too)
