The MR technologist works under the direction and supervision of the Radiology Manager, Radiology Assistant Manager and Lead MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures at a high technical level not requiring constant supervision. The Technologist assumes responsibility for the safety of their patients and colleagues in their designated work area and takes corrective action when necessary to maintain such safety. The role involves significant patient interaction, technical skill, and adherence to strict safety protocols.
