Position: Motor Design Engineer (2W/3W Electric Vehicles)
Experience: 3–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-efficiency traction motors for 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicle applications.
- Perform electromagnetic design and optimization of PMSM, BLDC, and induction motors to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.
- Conduct motor simulations using electromagnetic analysis tools (e.g., Maxwell, Motor-CAD, JMAG, ANSYS).
- Define motor architecture, stator/rotor topology, winding configuration, magnet selection, and cooling concepts.
- Collaborate with inverter, controls, mechanical, and vehicle integration teams to achieve system-level performance objectives.
