Job Functions:
• Verify, analyze, and investigate whether claims are covered by the policy.
• Ensure that all claims for inspection and evaluation are attended to within the specified turnaround time
(TAT) set forth by the company.
• Collaborate with Adjusters and Processors to minimize and prevent fraudulent claims.
• Prepare and submit necessary recommendations to ensure a fair settlement is rendered.
• Review outstanding claims and losses.
• Facilitate and assist in the pull-out of total loss units, ensuring all parts and accessories are intact.
• Communicate and negotiate with dealers, accredited shops, and clients regarding claim evaluations.
• Perform canvassing of parts.
• Handle client inquiries.
Job Requirements:
• A graduate of any four-year course, willing to learn, and passionate about automotives.
