Description: Schedule may float to units with similar acuity. Patient ratios during nights are 3-4 dyads (6-8 patients). Patient ratios during weekends are 3-4 dyads (6-8 patients). Candidates are expected to provide family-centered care to postpartum patients and their newborns. Daily census is approximately 60.
