Responsible in growing the Mortgage business and cross-sell wealth products and services as determined by the bank
Partner with Premier Relationship Bankers and Managers in referring potential premier customers
Responsible in delivering individual performance and driving overall sales performance
Responsible in advocating the Personal Banking Proposition, leveraging opportunities whilst ensuring customer centricity
Deliver high standard of service levels as defined by the bank, providing best in class customer engagement and experience
Ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and relevant authorities are adhered and complied to at all times
