Insight Global is looking for a full-time Customer Service professional for the loan servicing team of a large mortgage client in St. Louis, Missouri. This team anticipates a significant increase in workload over the next 4+ months and is seeking a customer-oriented individual to assist with the incoming loan requests. The day will begin by reviewing customer tasks and to-do's in the dashboard. This role will spend 80% of its time receiving inbound calls from customers that have questions and/or concerns about their loan. This individual needs to be prepared to take calls from new customers that may have not gotten the best experience. The other 20% of their time will be spent on the phone making outbound calls to request information and providing updates to customers as well as administrative tasks.
