Key Responsibilities

+ Process closing files upon receipt, ensuring all requirements are met

+ Complete and update closing tasks across multiple systems of record

+ Verify documentation and data for accuracy and compliance

+ Assist in scheduling closing dates and times

+ Review Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements
