Sangam University, established in 2012 by the Badrilal Soni Charitable Trust, is a reputed institution aimed at delivering quality higher education. About the Competition

The 3rd Vidhi Vimarsh National Moot Court Competition, 2026 is a national-level moot focusing on contemporary criminal law issues under newly enacted statutes.The moot proposition titled “State v. Dr. Aryan Malhotra” revolves around:

• Intervening factors like natural disasters
• Automated medical technology
• Doctrines such as causation, transferred malice, and admissibility of electronic evidence
