• Monitor Power BI service performance dataset refreshes and report availability .
• Track failed refreshes gateway connectivity issues and data source errors .
• Manage and monitor Power BI gateways (on-premises data gateway health and usage).
• Review Power BI usage metrics and adoption reports.
• Investigate performance issues in dashboards and reports .
• Maintain monitoring alerts and logging for Power BI environments .
• Support workspace management permissions and security roles .
• Work with data engineers and report developers to resolve refresh or performance issues.
• Maintain documentation for BI monitoring processes and incident handling .
