Monitor critical local system such as MES systems in Production lineProvide technical and functional support/guide to Local IT for MES system issues as Central L2 teamTrack every alert through our ticket system.Address issues out of scope and which take more time to solve it to the relevant team and track it until the complete resolvedBuild and keep update dashboards, reports and visual management.Maintain communication with the helpdesk, the technical desks in GITFirst level Investigations on unexpected or recurrent events/alerts.Support local IT in case of incident and Deliver documentation in collaboration with the industrialization teamReport, communica...
