Role: Mongo DBA

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Database management: Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB instances.
• Performance tuning: Optimize database performance and resource utilization.
• Security management: Enforce security best practices for MongoDB databases, including encryption.
• Backup and recovery: Develop and maintain backup strategies for data integrity.
• Monitoring and alerting: Proactively identify and address database issues.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support applications.
• Troubleshooting: Provide timely resolution of database-related incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a MongoDB DBA.
• Strong operational skills with scripting, including Ansible.
• Experience with encryption in MongoDB databases.
