Diagnose, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems of mobile cranes
Conduct on-site operator and maintenance training for French-speaking clients
Manage after-sales, warranty, and spare parts cases efficiently, coordinating supply and delivery schedules, and liaising with suppliers
Serve as the technical point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing clear solutions and maintaining communication with customers, factory, and technical teams
Analyze field issues, document service reports, and maintain case databases using Excel or system tools
Collaborate with HQ and internal teams to provide technical support, resolve pending cases, and enhance client training programs
Your profile
Mechanical or engineering background, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in crane after-sales support
