**The Position**
+ Lead the translation and execution of the ROPU Inflammation Therapeutic Area(TA)/brand strategy in line with the global Inflammation TA strategy and within the framework of Integrated Asset Planning to achieve growth and profitability targets in the region.
+ Drive brand performance with a strong focus on driving sales growth and market share gain of assigned brands. Work closely with the ROPU and OPU brand teams to ensure high quality operational plans are prepared and implemented through cross-business/function collaboration to maximize customer engagement and execution excellence. Ensure timely launches through effective steering of (R)OPU launch readiness strategy and preparations.
+ Provide ASKAN inputs into the development of TA/global and OPU Inflammation brand strategies. Lead, manage and develop the (R)OPU brand leads in the TA.
