Job Description

• Run Phaze MRP system to get production order recommendations.
• Create/ Import production job cards as per the MRP order recommendations.
• Schedule created production job cards, ensuring the job cards follow the correct sequence and priorities.
• Monitor execution of job cards and update production schedule based on resource and material availability.
• Review MRP data during the process of job card creation and advise Planning Manager on any required changes.
• Continuously review the results of the MRP calculation and advise on possible calculation and master data errors.
• Execution and daily monitoring of the production planning and scheduling process.
• Develop alternative plans for emergency customer requirements within the agreed production parameters.
