Job Summary: Royal Elmount Hotel is in search of a creative and skilled Mixologist to craft exceptional cocktails and provide an outstanding bar experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology techniques, ingredients, and guest engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails.

  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.

  • Monitor stock levels of bar supplies and coordinate replenishment.
