Job Responsibilities

• Shall be an integral member of the operations team that will oversee the development and completion of the project
• Supervises mine development and maintenance activities (e.g. road, stockyard, pier yard, causeway, environmental structures development, etc.)
• Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet targets
• Maximize utilization and cost-effectiveness of equipment
• Ensures compliance with safety and professional standards within the mine site
• Conducts regular toolbox meetings/peptalks with the team to detect and resolve operational, safety and personnel problems
• Maintains records of daily activities
• Performs any additional duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mining Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
