Job Description

Provide support to and manage mining operations

Create estimates for mining projects, design mines, and assist with mining equipment selection.

Evaluate ongoing mining operations.

Follow safety regulations set forth by the company

Monitor and evaluate mining operations.

Manage construction projects

Assess the feasibility, safety and productivity of mine locations and plan

Manage and optimise the extraction of surface and underground deposits.

Train and supervise staff

Qualification

A minimum degree in mining engineering, civil engineering, geology, minerals engineering or related field. Masters will be an advantage.

At least four years’ Relevant practical work experience in the mining industry is essential
