Summary

This job description is to outline the responsibilities and daily tasks of the Milk Receiving Operator. This role has a responsibility for ensuring both food safety and quality of Chobani product.

Responsibilities

Ensure that safety is number one priority and that all safety policies are followed Taking samples and visually inspecting all milk trucks to be unloaded Ensure that trucks are unloaded/loaded safely and efficiently Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently Keep truck bays clean and clear so that trucks can move in and out efficiently Keep track of cleaning timers for silos so that they are washed in a timely manner Hook up silos for CIP in a safe and timely manner Work closely with the QA team for sample results Make sure all GMPs are followed Other duties as assigned Follow Chobani’s safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
