**Job Description**

This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG and Stick welding on steel components while accurately interpreting blueprints and weld symbols. You will work with a range of steel thicknesses and contribute to the fabrication of specialized products used in pavement preservation and related applications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine welding requirements and ensure accurate fabrication.
+ Perform MIG welding on steel materials ranging from 20-gauge sheet to 5/8-inch thickness, producing clean and structurally sound welds.
+ Perform Stick welding on steel components as required by production specifications.
+ Set up MIG welding equipment after it has been zeroed out, including adjusting settings to match material type and thickness.
