The purpose of this position is to maintain accurate and consistent demographic surveillance data by contacting migrated participants, liaising with sites, and reconciling migration records to prevent duplicate individuals or households, resolve outstanding migration statuses, and ensure correct residency and household membership information
The role also involves linking children to their biological mothers, querying and updating databases, and verifying participant details to maintain accurate records within the Demographic Surveillance Area (DSA)
In addition, the Migration Reconciliator supports office-based special projects, including data management, data cleaning, data entry tool development, and other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
