Mater Private Hospital Mackay has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Midwifery Unit Manager with strong leadership skills to join our Women and Children’s Unit on a permanent full-time basis.

As the Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM), you will provide operational/clinical management and leadership to this Maternity department and provide a professional line management responsibility to nurses/midwives in the organisation. As the leader of this team, you will provide exceptional nursing management and be responsible for the clinical, resource management and education accountabilities of nursing within our Maternity Unit.
