Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Midwife is to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to pregnant individuals before, during, and after childbirth. This role is focused on ensuring the health and safety of both the parent and newborn by managing low-risk pregnancies, monitoring fetal development, recognizing potential complications early, and performing emergency interventions when necessary to achieve optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.
