Mid / Senior LLM Engineer - Large Language Models

We're hiring for an experienced Mid / Senior LLM Engineer for a rapidly expanding deep tech company that is backed by major integral investors. In this position, you'll help design, build, and refine language models using the latest AI technologies, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring these models into our products. Expect to tackle complex, meaningful problems and play a real role in shaping the future of LLM and NLP.

This is a permanent full‑time position. It's a hybrid position with a few days a week on‑site and a couple remote (open to discussion) and can be based in either Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza or San Sebastian. Salaries around €70,000‑€80,000 + bonus + potential joining bonus.

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of a Masters degree in Computer Science or similar
• At least 3+ years experience developing/training models and building LLMs (not just using them)...
