Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Mid-Level NPD Engineer for our client, an American manufacturer of luxury hot tubs, swim spas and pools, based out of Las Vegas, NV. This person will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and launch of new products, as well as sustaining engineering improvements for existing product lines. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, ensuring regulatory and UL compliance, and executing product development projects from concept through production. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mechanical design, strong SolidWorks proficiency, and deep knowledge of industry standards and certification processes.
