Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar, or an IT specialist with appropriate professional experience in the field of O365.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large or global environment, with proven experience as a tenant‑level or Global Administrator.
• Proficiency in building and operating Microsoft O365 solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and PowerShell.
• Experience with tenant‑wide configuration, updates, service health, lifecycle management, global licensing, and service enablement for Microsoft 365.
• Ability to administer Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, ensuring licensing and compliance with data protection.
