Kyan Culture Inc. is hiring a dependable and hardworking team member for our indoor microgreens production facility in Vankleek Hill.

This is a hands‑on, physical position in a fast‑paced environment. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently while also being part of a small team.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 a.m. until finished (typically 2:30–4:00 p.m.)
• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 7:00 a.m. until finished (typically 3:30–5:00 p.m., occasionally later)
• Sunday: 5‑hour shift

Pay

• $18‑$20/hour depending on experience and work ethic.

• Seeding and harvesting microgreens
• Assisting with inventory and order preparation
