Job Description:

**Job Overview**

The Finance Manager Controller will review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts.

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements
+ Design and supervise the execution of policy and standard of procedure, analyze and identify variance between actual and standard cost, provide construction advice, develop and track financial improvement plans, drive performance with operations team
+ Work with plant all cross functions, BU finance, PM finance, footprint team etc.
